The Standard Profile Weld-On Winch is the kind of winch that gets the job done right any time you need it to secure your cargo. It is lightweight and durable. Designed to accommodate synthetic web tie downs for the purpose of securing cargo. The maximum allowable load assigned to each winch is not to exceed one-third of the winch breaking strength. One revolution of the load bearing portion of the webbing around the mandrel.

APPLICATION
The Standard Weld On Winch is known as an “under mount” winch. The gear on all of our winches are flame cut to ensure extra strong winches. This weld on winch can hold up to a thirty foot of a 3″ or 4″ winch strap.
All winches comply with National Safety Code Standard 10–Cargo Securement (NSC STANDARD 10) and Web Sling & Tie-Down Association Standards (WSTDA). Webbing winches are made with different base configurations to suit your various load requirements for flatbed applications and feature seamless solid steel mandrels and high strength alloy pawl pins.
